A fuel injector for internal combustion engines. The fuel injector is of the pin type and is provided with a nozzle needle which is axially displaceably mounted in a nozzle body and is adapted to be lifted off its valve seat in response to fuel pressure. A throttling pin of the nozzle needle extends below the valve seat into a nozzle bore which is arranged coaxial to the longitudinal axis of the injector. The nozzle bore is provided with a gap eccentrically arranged at one point or over part of the periphery of the nozzle bore.

The invention relates to the field of engine building.
A known pin fuel injection nozzle for an internal combustion engine, comprising a dispenser with a seating seat, provided with an axially located nozzle, and a locking needle with a sealing cone and pin located in the nozzle of the atomizer i.
The disadvantage of this nozzle is that it has a complex constructive implementation.
The object of the present invention is to simplify the construction.
This goal is achieved by the fact that on the inner surface of the nozzle, a groove is made, the groove is made in the form of a semicircular groove, the groove is made in the form of a rectangular or square groove, the groove is made in the direction of the seating seat with expansion c. the cone shape, the groove is made along the entire length of the nozzle, the groove is located on a part of the nozzle length on the seating seat side, the surface of the groove length restriction is designed as a plane located at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the nozzle, the surface of the groove length restriction is made made flat, the free end of the pin is made in the form of a cone, a truncated cone or hemisphere, the pin is made in the form of a distribution valve, which is between its free end and the sealing cone and Abzhen annular groove.

The nozzle contains a sprayer 1 with a seating saddle 2 fitted with an axially mounted saddle 3, and a locking needle 4 with a sealing cone 5 and a pin b. A groove 7 is made on the inner surface of the nozzle 3. The surface 8 of limiting the length of the coil 7 is made in the form of a plane located at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the nozzle, or% of the cone 9 (Fig. 1). In one of the embodiments, the groove 7 is made in the direction of the seat saddle 2 with the extension in the form of a cone 10 (Fig. 5,7,8). The end face 11 of the pin 6 is made flat. In other versions, the free end of the pin 6 is made in the form of a cone 12, a truncated cone 13 or a hemisphere. The pin 6 may be made in the form of a distribution valve 14.
The nozzle works in the following way.
Under the pressure of the fuel, the needle 4 rises and the fuel, the landing seat 2 bypasses, enters the nozzle 3 and the groove 7, and then into the combustion chamber of the engine. After the needle 4 is seated on the saddle 2, the fuel supply is stopped. Due to the introduction of the groove 7, the direction of the jet of fuel is automatically changed throughout the entire engine operating range.
Thus, the considered nozzle provides high-quality mixing with a simple constructive implementation.

Claims (11)

1. A pin fuel injector nozzle for an internal combustion engine containing a nozzle with a seating seat, equipped with an axially arranged nozzle, and a locking needle with a sealing cone and a pin placed in the nozzle of the nebulizer, so that, in order to simplify the design. A groove is made on the inner surface of the nozzle.
